CPU Spiking to 100%

My i7 7700K is spiking to 100% across all cores for a second two and then going back to normal.  Anyone got any ideas on how to trace down the cause. I have up to update drivers and BIOS, and have run tests on the RAM and everything else I can think of... It is very random.. It is not heat that is fine running at 34c idles and 54c under load.  Any help would be great..

dl hardware monitor and also look to see with task manager if any programs are causing it.

also run a virus scan as a precaution

Just keep taskman open and watch it,,,,,,, catch which process is hogging up 100 percent.  It is either a virus, or your comp is bricked.  Something fishy is going on in the background and what not.

Thank you for the response.. I found what is causing it. WMPnvse.exe. Just found a patch in the Windows forum and applied it.. Let's see if it works..

Thank you for the response.. I have run anti-virus as the frist thing I did.. 2 to be exact.  In the above post I explain what I found.
