Titled RDP Connections On One Display

Hi all, 

 

Long story short:

I want to take, say, 8 RDP connections and display them (titled) on one screen/TV.

(think of a CCTV monitor but RDP sessions).

 

Give me suggestions peeps

 

EDIT: Keep ease of management in mind, I.e. rearranging/changing titles remotely would be a plus.
