Uninstall afterburner will make card run at stock speed?

Hey guys if i put in settings start with windows and start minimized will this apply the overclock that i have made and the fan curve or should i click on the startup button on the main gui in afterburner to apply the clock at startup? If i don't click the startup buttom will this mean that even if i overclock the card no effect will be made?

That will load the fan curve.

To auto apply OC click, bottom left,

"Apply overclocking at system startup"

And click "Save" button then "Profile 1".

so if i don't click apply at startup it will not overclock when windows start wich means it will run at stock speed but fan curve will be applied?

Hey guys if i was overclocking my card and after that i didnt press the startup button and don't start with windows or minimized if i restart the pc and uninstalled afterburner and didn't leave the profile for future install so the simple question is if i uninstall afterburner and restart the pc will this revert the clock speed of my gpu to default? My card is gtx 1070 founders edition from nvidia i just want to see if afterburner is uninstalled even if the card is overclocked will uninstalling it revert everything to normal as there isn't any software to tweak the clock and overclock the card?

Oh my god how many threads have you made about this already? MSi Afterburner has to apply your overclock on the start-up of every new boot meaning if you uninstall it yes your card will run at stock again.

 

And for 100th time, a small overclock if you do it right and there are thousands of tutorials on YouTube will not kill your card (as long as you don't use FurMark at least lol).

Hey guys if i navigate to program file to msi afterburner and open the profile folder and delete everything in it will this revert everything to normal and remove any overclock set? And thank you.

Hey if i boot windows in safe mode and then uninstalled the msi afterburner will it remove any overclock?

To remove the overclock, all you have to do is click on the "default" or "reset" button in MSI Afterburner. Safe mode is not required.

Only thing that triggers me is that he already got perfect answers for it and yet he keeps on making the very same questions on nearly daily basis... So far most his threads were merged into one, this one might as well.

Honey the overclock is not removed this is why i keep asking i have dine everything and the overclock isnt removed yet it is like stuck so this is why i am asking again and again it will keep at the overclock speed of 200+ and 600+ on memory nothing is removing the overclock i am asking if the safe mode will make the speed be at stock and if removing the afterburner will then do the job. No need to be rude i am not happy of making these posts and keep writing anw sorry for taking your time but that simple if you are not comfortable with me asking so don't reply.

I am not confusing anything i am just as you are confused about what happened i know what is gpu boost 3.0 but it has to say that the core clock is not overclocked but mine is oc at 1706 mhz and boost at 1883 but the default settings are the core clock should be at 1506 and the boost at 1683 mhz this is what is cinfusing me reset buttin don't do anything uninstall don't do anything i am now willing to boot into safe mode and uninstall afterburner this is what i am asking because it is driving me crazy. I am removing the oc because i did it and nothing has changed only 4 fps increase wich is not worth the oc but it wont remove.
