Is it worth it?

Is it worth getting an AIO for me? I was planning on getting one second hand which would cost me about 60-70€. I will use it to cool my i7 3770. And I think aio s look cool. Or am I better of getting a high end aircooler?  Thanks in advance.

It depends on how much you care about aesthetics. Excessive cooling isn't going to make any practical difference and you can easily cool the 3770 with the stock cooler or a cheap heatsink like the Pure Rock Slim if you want something very quiet.

What do you think is the best looking air cooler?

Looks are subjective. I like the discontinued ETS-T40W with an aftermarket fan.

Example here:

What kind of aesthetic are you aiming for? What are your specs?

Planning on building in the Fractal Design Focus G Mini. CPU is i7 3770. Planned GPU is an RX580. 8GB DDR3 1600MHz. That case is black and comes with white LED fans so I thought I’d go for something black/white contrast thing.

The phantom looks good! I found a Dark Rock Pro for about the same price second hand... I’ll have to check again when actually buying. Thanks!

If you are going for aesthetics, like if it looks good then go ahead but if you really dont care about how it looks, I would just go for a good air cooler, like Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or something better than that
