Lets Break our Non-Legally Binding Agreement with the Collegeboard by posting PSAT Memes

piemadd

Good Mornings children, many highschoolers have just finished taking the PSAT. Though those taking the PSAT must sign an agreement, minors can't be legally binded into an agreement, therefore meaning we can discuss the PSAT as much as we want.

US - 1

College Board - 0

Here's an example from last year:

Yeah, so? My teachers would review state test exam answer keys and correct our answers.

It's not so much a legally binding agreement as it is an internal agreement. What I mean by that is, they can choose to invalidate your test if they find out you discussed it. They can't pursue you in a courtroom, but they have the right to do whatever they want with your testing results.

It's not a legal NDA, just effectively their terms of service.

Then again, it's totally unenforceable and nobody gives a fuck.

I don't think this year's test was nearly as memorable as last year's.

The SAT, short for the Scholastic Aptitude Test, is an exam that [supposedly] is used to determine a student's level of college readiness in multiple subcategories, including Critical Thinking and logic, Math, and Reading...

and was overtaken by the ACT in 2012.

BTW, I liked the ACT better than the other standardised tests.

There are 1.2 cans of Axe body spray for every male in the locker room. 0.25 cans are Arctic Fresh, 0.6 are Berry Rush, and 0.35 are Cinnamon Apple, and the remaining cans are Original Scent. Create a formula with X being the number of girls using Axe in the locker room.

Man, I wished I would've remembered to ask what my practice ACT score was so I had an idea of what I'd do on the real deal.

?‍♂️ it's probably far too late now, I was dropped from attendance roles mid junior year last year and I would've graduated this June. Instead I graduated from an online high school last month.

Remember kids, no matter how much you've got going on or if you missed two weeks of school in the beginning of a term to having a bad cough, fight through it and stay in school.

Fortunately I avoided any real problems because in Minnesota the mandatory attendance age is 17, and I had already turned 17 by then so there was nothing they could do legally other than drop me from attendance roles.

I only took the practice ACT and it wasn't too bad for what I thought it was gonna be.
