The motherboard generally has what each pin does labeled on its PCB. If not, it should be in its manual. Check there and it should give you a pinout of where things go. The front panel connections should also be labeled as well.

PW - Power button

RS- Reset  button

HDD - Hard drive activity light

Speaker - Speaker
Power - Power indicator light

Edit: read the OP too quickly. The LED SW is for the RGB control. As @Evanair stated.

Be sure to @Pickles von Brine if you want me to see your reply!

So.... NOT a standard RGB connector.  I mean... No idea at all.  I'd trace the cable back and see what it's connected to.

Usually you stick that in HDD LED.

The other one is POWER LED.

The HDD LED blinks to indicate hdd activity.

The power led turns on when pc powered on or slowly blinks when sleep.

You can swap them if you want to.

Did some research, looks like it runs from the LED front panel to the FAN/LED controller on the back.

Most definitely not a RGB connector, RGB connector have 4 pins.

It's not RGB that way, but it's for the LED button to the RGB controller in the back.

See it plugged in bottom right of the controller at that timestamp.

Yup you are right! Thanks for looking out and one more question, now I have to look for a plug in on the motherboard that says RGB_HEADER1 on my z370 motherboard and I can’t find it anywhere

Remember not to connect them both... Your case manual is horrible, but it seems to tell you to disconnect the molex if you're connecting to the RGB header on your Motherboard. Always better to undervolt it than fry the RGB

I’m sorry I’m really new to this so I’m kinda confused as to what you mean. The plug in has a huge that says power and I’m supposed to be looking for RGB_HEADER1 but I can’t find it anywhere on my motherboard.

it's pretty common in most motherboard to have it in top right.
