58 on idle isn't great but also isn't even close to dangerous. If you really feel the need to upgrade a classic choice is a Hyper 212 EVO, although I personally prefer the Cryorig H7. If you need something smaller, try a Noctua L9i or a Cryorig C7 (I've used all of these)

I have a Cryorig H7, and it performs very well. I did change the fan to something with higher static pressure, and only really changed temps about 1 degree. Then again, the room the rig is in is not ideal conditions. Maybe that has something to do with it.

More on point, if you're planning a full replace, the Cryorig H7 and be quiet! Dark Rock 3 series is a fine way to go for air coolers if you can't afford (or don't like) Noctua products.

Ultrima Z238EC: Ryzen 7 3800X @ stock, Enermax AquaFusion AIO w/ 2 be quiet! Silent Wings 3 fans, ASRock Taichi X570, Zotac Geforce GTX 1070 AMP!, 2x8GB TeamGroup Dark Pro 3200MHz, Lian Li Lancool II Case

A lot of people Probably Still have the trusty Noctua D14 and that thing can be mounted on just about anything. I would use that for Airrrr.

Can you post a photo of it?

What are your load temps and what were your temps before?
