A simple search done here: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=gaming+streaming+and+editing+build&oq=gaming+steaming+and+editin&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0.3671j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

returns exactly this build from pcpartpicker: https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/3MxFf7/gaming-streaming-and-editing-build

seems good plus you'll save over $200 to pay bills next month!

If you don't plan to overclock, you might consider an i7-8700 cpu.

i also added in a monitor if you dont have one it maybe to few hundred more but i think this a good build.  not sure why it did count the price for the graphics card but in total it is: $2300 with monitor included and 1900 without monitor. Let me know what you think about the build.

I know that. I meant there is no point getting an NVME SSD.

With an NVME SSD read and write speed are very fast so things get done faster than regular SSD. NVME cost more and gives less storage but in my preference its a good buy

While the speeds are better, unless the task requires lots of sequential reads, it won't make any difference. So it doesn't improve Windows boot times and game load times at all.

It's like the difference between 800fps and 200fps in a game.

Unless you have a significant i/o queue depth and/or are doing very large reads/writes the difference will not significantly affect performance.

Using a larger SATA III ssd will allow for a better editing performance as one can store more plugins etc. on fast storage.
