Nope.  Neither overclock, even the stock intel cooler should keep the 6700 nonK cool enough.  If you wanted a quieter cooler you could find one, but it will keep it cool.

what kind of decent overclock do you expect to get on a stock cooler ???

Depends on current cooler, but Hyper Evo is always a good, economical choice (30 USD) and will definitly be good for the 6700, and likely future upgrades you get.

None.  The 6700 can't be overclocked.  The 6700K can.  DO you have a 6700 or 6700K?

Ok cool.  Like I said, the stock intel cooler will keep a 6700 cool all day, it is just a little loud.  An evo 212 or something like that will be quieter, but if you are on the cheap, than the stock cooler works.

I don’t know my current one. I have a pre-build msi nightblade mi2c. The motherboard is ms-b090

can you open the sidepanel and take a picture ?
its very likely to be fine tho. for non overclockable cpu's you should be ok.

I mean the only down side of using the stock cooler on the i7 6700 is the high noise specially when you stress it which will be around 70Cº~74Cº... noise does not bother you? then all is fine.

It is not a little loud, it is Very loud, noticeable loud by every mean if you don't game with a headset or is listening music while doing other heavy workloads, if it is couch gaming with sound coming from TV and you're considerable close to it you Will hear it and it can bother plenty... specially if you set in BIOS for the turbo speed which is necessary if you'll stress the i7 plenty as it will sit down as high as 75ish Celsius even at the "turbo speed".
