Do you have an AMD graphics card? What is the resolution set to in Windows, and what is the physical resolution of the TV?

Try to go in :

1. right click start menu

2. power options

3. on the left, "choose what to do when I close the lid

4. set "do nothing" when you close the lid on POWER and also the the same for ON BATTERY

Then close your laptop lid. Your TV should become full screen now.

If not,

Try to play with resolutions, zoom in zoom out on your TV maybe ? I also have a "mod" on my remote controler on my TV to change the display size etc... maybe its just that for you

If what gbergeron said doesn't work, DDU and reinstall.

HEADS UP, THIS ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE NOW

I'm keeping everything else the way it was for anyone who might check out my answers in future, but I won't be using LTT.
