40$ to spend on Rad fans or Case fans?

TheMidnightNarwhal

So I got 40$ to spare for 2 fans (20$ a fan more or less) and don't if it would be best to get 2 new fans for a Rad or a Case? The case is Corsair C70 and Rad is h100i.

rad fans, get Gentle Typhoons or if you can afford them, Eloop NoiseBlockers

Noiseblocker e-loops are like $19 so they will fit. Just noticed the other day they now also come in blue.

The H100i fans are perhaps a little noisy, but hard to beat when it comes to cooling.

The C70 has 3 fans.

Put the money in the kitty for a more significant upgrade.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Eloops would be a good choice. If you can, wait for NCIX to come out with another GT AP15 2-pack for <$30 CAD. Though it's been a while since I've seen one of those and I'm not actually sure if they still run them.

Ok, and for case fans? The only ones they got that seems good are the corsair's af ones.

Are the stock case fans not good enough?

They should be fine. Replace them if they're not enough afterwards.

Exactly, with what should I replace them if the case appears to be true?

There are many options and your choice should depends on pricing at the time and looks.

Both of those will change over time so you might as well think about it when it comes.
