Hey guys I need help looking for A gpu for this system Its for my Little Bro its my old system

AMD Phenom 3X 720 Black Edition @ 3.16 hz                                                  
4Gb RAM  DDR3 1333 HZ

I was thinking about it but the psu is a shotty 450 watt

and he likes light games

If you want to buy new, I would recommend that you get the EVGA 1050. It performs considerably better than the 750ti and is available for $110 (just make sure to select amazon on the other sellers tab on the right hand side)

low end GPUs are not a good value, but I guess if you are limited by PSU the GTX 1050 or RX 550 might be OK.  Otherwise look at the used market.

OMG I had one of those Phenoms years ago... I remember unlocking a 4th core and getting like 3.3GHz... anyway, I also remember my GTX 760 being held back a bit, so I would recommend GTX 750ti/950/1050, or rx 460/560.
