300 dollars? sadly there are no monitors that would fit that price range with the specs you're looking for.

My bad, There are no 1440p 144 Hz monitors for that price. Also can't get GSync for that price. I would go with this.

Only 1440p 144Hz monitor that goes under $300 is this one if you can get it on sale. Pretty poor monitor too; $50 more can get you the PX277 (IPS MG279Q clone, 1440p, 144Hz, Freesync) when it goes on sale.

$300 will get you a refurbrished PG248Q, 180hz Gsync TN 1080p

Or a Viewsonic XG2401 144hz TN (really good colors) 1080p freesync

Samsung C27FG7 (also really good colors) TN 1080p freesync

Yeah a Rog Swift is a good one Pg248Q and your card could get quite a bit out of that moniter but new you won't get it for a bomb price unless your paitent and keep an eye out. Sick build man, I still running the L1155 socket, soon I will upgrade but damn the gaming hardware can be pretty good price in the newest medium tier stuff, And out preforms everything that was released years ago.

The MSI one, is meh, 27 inch for a 1080p panel...

I dont mind it being refurbrished as long as It works and no dead pixels, I would be as happy with a new one.

You can always return one if its defective or dead pixels.

It doesn't seem to be refurbished well. There have been reveiws of it comming with dead pixels, turning off automatically, calibrated horribly, and even parts of the screen having pink lines going up and down.

Dude, suck it up and buy a new one. Going through all that hassle of returning and trying over and over again is simply time wasting.

Also, newegg doesn't give refunds. Meaning once you buy it, you are stuck going through that process until you get 1 that satisfy you.

Tried that and i ain't ever going down that road again.
