Why does nvidia graphics card's names are like Asus Nvidia Geforce gtx or Evga Nvidia Geforce?? Why don't they put names simply like Nvidia Geforce GTX?? Why do they put other brand names like asus, evga, etc.

Because Asus/EVGA/other are the ones who manufacture the specific card you're looking at. 

 

Nvidia designs the chips, and third party companies build and sell the cards.

Because those comapanies have made new circuit boards, cooling solutions, firmware tweaks or overcloaked the chip, the only thing nVidia actually provide is the GPU itself, which looks like a big CPU

they sell these companies the chips and these companies make the heat sink and other parts... there are nvidia made cards.. titans, teslas, quadros,.. the ones you and me are not gonna buy anyway.. and ya.. reference geforce cards too....

In a lot of cards, the only thing from Nvidia is the chip and the PCB, but the cooling solution, clock speed tweaks or even the software that comes with the card are from the brand assembling it and selling it. And in other cases, even the PCB is redesigned and manifactured by those brands, only the chip itself is from Nvidia.

NVIDIA manufactures GPUs, not graphics cards (generally speaking). ASUS, EVGA etc manufacture graphics cards which have NVIDIA GPUs on them, plus other stuff (memory, power delivery components, and such). Sometimes NVIDIA does manufacture a whole graphics card, like various Titan cards, in which case they are indeed just sold as "NVIDIA GeForce XYZ", purchased from the NVIDIA website. Sometimes you can also find NVIDIA-branded reference cards sold at brick and mortar stores like Best Buy.

 

It's the same reason you see ASUS motherboards and MSI motherboards that use an Intel CPU, you don't expect to just see "Intel motherboards", because Intel doesn't make the whole board, they just make the CPU.

They don't. The AIB does. 

 

It's just easier to call the card ASUS or EVGA GTX whatever if the card comes from ASUS or EVGA though.
