I wanted to buy myself a new Cpu Cooler but i am now in a twist between a

COOLER MASTER SEIDON 120V Ver.2 Water Cooler

or a

BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 Air Cooler

What Cooler should i take ?

(I got a i5 4460 and i know the Cooler are Overkill for it .)

If you the chip is locked get an air cooler

Get the BeQuiet cooler, you'll never see a massive performance boost between the two on a 4460 :) 

Plus the Air cooler will always be more quiet and reliable, only really has one point of failure instead of the water coolers pump, fan, tubes and whatnot.

Definitely Dark Rock. No 120mm cooler should be bought by anyone. Even some lower profile coolers will out perform them, so it's not even like case clearance is an excuse in 99% of situations.
