I can't what? What do you mean with NIC? Could you at least spell it out once before shortening it? Or are your incomprehensible enough that you are talking about your network interface controller?

If only you could write something that at least someone else (except yourself of course) could understand, that would be a huge step up.

Funny how you still avoid going into details when asked. Why is that?

I just cackled out in the office.

The other thread was closed, but I'm really curious about this one now.  We assume the main chip for the HEDT, single socket line is 16c32t, but is this a Core-disabled version or an actual 3 CCX version?  Or is this a 3+3 x4 version?

It makes logical sense for a 12c24t chip, but I'm surprised to see an ES for a core-disabled part pop up.  And be labeled as a Desktop not Server chip.  Are Naples & Snowy Owl going to be pin capable but packaged differently?  Or Naples is called something other than Ryzen, which is something we haven't seen discussed.

I think you're confusing some shit

HEDT means high end desktop; that 16c32t CPU is a HEDT

Naples is the "code' name for server CPUs and they will be multi (dual) socket

I did. I run temporary servers at LAN parties on my beast. I will be switching to ryzen 5 so I can take my beast outside my home. And for better thermals.

Except you bought it so you could also run game servers. What we were talking about is exclusively gaming with no other specific task.

I wish dual socket systems would become mainstream again.
