1050Ti not clocking over 215Mhz!

Okay, hi people of the LTT forums! I am trying to play GTA V with my 1050ti and my framerates on minimal settings struggle to hit anything more than 10-20 fps. It used to work fine two days ago, it was running at Very High settings at 50-60 fps so I know this isn't right. Screenshot of the clocks here --> http://prntscr.com/e7r4zq <-- Also, overclocking will not do a single thing to boost fps or clock speeds at this current point.

All games have this problem, as tested on GTA V, Battlefield 4, Battlefield 3, Battlefield Bad Company 2, and Firestrike. I have re-installed my drivers prior to this thread and it hasn't changed anything.

It looks like you triggerd the save mode of your GPU somehow. If a reinstall of the drivers does not help, try putting the GPU in the second pcie slot if you have one.

Use DDU to uninstall the nVidia drivers, then download the latest.

Done. Nothing's changed what so ever.

Ok :/ you could also try a cmos reset

I don't have a jumper pin thing (Whatever it is), I'll take out the battery on the motherboard for 16 hours while I'm sleeping and working and that should help. Thanks.

Enter NVIDIA Control Panel. You need to change 2 settings:
Under 3D Settings - Adjust image settings with preview: Click use my preference emhasizing and drag it all over to performance.

Next, click "Manage 3D settings", under Power Management Mode: Change to "Prefer maximum performance"

Main:  1650 v2   @ 4,6GHz   -   X79 Deluxe                -   GTX 1080 @ 2000MHz   -   24GB DDR3 @ 2400MHz / CL10

Side:   i7-4790K @ 4,5GHz   -   Maximus 7 Hero        -   GTX 1070 @ 2114MHz    -  16GB DDR3 @ 2666MHz / CL12

Just a guess, but that sounds like it's stuck in 2D mode, where it runs at far lower clock speeds to save power. Is there a 2D/3D setting somewhere? It probably should be on auto. I have an R9-380 so I can't help beyond that.

Not from what I can see, I don't see a single fault in the settings, Thanks for the help anyways.

It could be your PSU failing to provide enough power.

550 Watts for a build like this is overkill to be completely honest. Unlikely because it worked two days ago.

What PSU model is it? If it is cheap it could fail suddenly and unexpectedly

Ryzen 9 3900x * @ 4.35ghz 1.3v

Corsair VS550... No chance of failure because of bad quality.

Thanks, I've never noticed it before as I only ever used the Presets or just Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering. Thanks :D (Yet it still didn't fix anything)

And these changes were AFTER removing all Nvidia drivers with DDU, and reinstalling, correct?
