water cooling or new ultra wide monitor

I am looking into pc upgrade and i am not sure what to go for. My cpu is a Athlon x4 860k and my gpu is the MSI ARMOR rx 480 4gb. I am trying to decide between water cooling them and getting an ultrawide monitor I currently have a crappy old lg flatron that half the time doesn't turn on and a vizio tv as my main monitor. i don't have a budget yet but I can guess it will be pretty low around 100-150 usd.  My case only fits a dual 120mm rad and I don't have to water cool the gpu if it is not an option.

if you're not Overclocking, go with the display

that's what I figured the only thing is I need a low form factor cpu cooler because mycase is fairly small probably less than 3.5 inches tall. if you have any ideas thanks
