Any point of 2400Hz 16GB if already have 2133Hz 16GB

I think most is due to Samsung Magician's RAPID MODE for my SSD. Anyway, I'm looking to splash some money so I might as well get another 2x8GB ram sticks. Is there any point in getting a 2400MHz if my current is 2133MHz or should I just get 2133MHz. They are both CAS11.
If they are both CAS 11, it's unlikely that the 2133 will work as 2400 CL11, but you may try your luck. There will be a speed and timing at which both work, but the worst case scenario is below 2133.
I do have a stick of 2133 CL10 paired with a stick of 2400 CL11, and they both work at both configurations. In any case, if you could be sure they would at least work at 2133 CL11, you wouldn't lose much trying and see if you can get the original RAM to go a little bit faster, but the risk is that you may struggle to find the best speed and timing combination that both kits can be stable at.
