Best phone for under $250

I want something with good battery life ,10hrs+ ,and a good camera(really want 1080p 60fps). Also a 1080p screen is a must. It has to work with t-mobile. Thanks for the help.

Google Cardboard is a useless gimmick, don't buy a phone based on it being able to work with it.

OnePlus X. For $250, absolutely blows competition out of water with great camera, screen, performance, and build quality. Nothing else comes close.

What about the zenfone 3? Also, the 1PX doesn't have bands 12 and 17.
