i used to have one with a monstercat visualizer :( sadly my w10 installation got fucked by a usb virus and i've never touched rainmeter ever since..

i should copy yours xD

i really want to get into rain meter stuff and make a sweet ass desktop, but I don't even know where to start :/

 

 

My desktop now without rainmeter looks nice and I like it, but having some sort of equalizer thing would be kind of cool, maybe some other stuff as well.  I usually have lots of things open all at the same time though, so I'm not sure how often I'd be able to look at all the cool add-ons.

 

current "theme" I use has black file explorer / other windows built-in stuff is black as well, I like it a lot but I'm sure with rain-meter stuff it could be much cooler.

How did you do that? I've been wanting a dark file explorer forever.

 

All you really need to do is download rainmeter and find since skins you like.

Still figuring out what to do with the top part. Maybe some simple song time that shows current song time progress and song name.

The left part has to be filled with a visualizer cause I don't know what to do with it. Originally it should be CPU load meter but I hate that it rounds to nearest 20's just kills my OCD so I put CPU meter below. Other vertical skins won't fit (I tried Lines for example)

 

There is a cool visualizer on bottom part which I really like

 

Also I tried to edit the time (I want it gone because too small and ugly) and messed up so now AM and PM becomes one

 

The calendar red line is awkward but haven't found any yet

 

Theme used in case you like it: Line 3 (Wifi/RAM/CPU usage), Avenger SHIELD OS, Monstercat visualizer (left side), Frost desktop visualizer, Ugly calendar with no name, Blue Overview (for HDD measure) and CircuitousTwo (Download,Upload and power)

 

It's not 1080p, the laptop is 1366
