I was talking to a buddy, and I mentioned how back in the day. You would would mod your case, buy cutting a hole in the side and putting a fan in the hole. It made me wonder when custom cases like the Cooler Master Series came out ?

It's hard to explain what I mean. Basically, when did we start going from the old metal white cases. To cases like we have today, with big 200mm fans in them.
