Bottlenecking

Will my my GTX 980 ti bottleneck with a intel core i5 6600k,or should I buy a intel core i7 5960x,i really dun wanna buy a core 17 6700k cuz the price is too high,any recommendations

The 5960x costs more than the 6700k... The i5 will be fine if you're just gaming.

If you are considering the 5960X, maybe wait since its replacement should be coming out shortly since the NDA on this information was for the 30th until someone decided that was today...

I still dunno which case and motherboard I should choose because I'm really horrible at those

Get a Asus Z-170A motherboard.

 

My friend has a very similar build, no bottlenecks really on any components

 

Later on, upgrade the 980ti to a GTX 1080

Wait for 1080 ffs dont buy 980ti.

And btw be sure ur motherboard has the Z170 chipset so you can overclock ur cpu

After hours of digging through different motherboards,i finally found the perfect one for me,the Asus Z170-A ATX LGA 1151 Motherboard

That's a nice build let me tell you. Almost forgot if you plan to go for an z170 board then you can't go for the 5960x that's for x99 boards.
