Best laptop overall?

DISCLAIMER: This thread is not about me actually purchasing the best laptop that money can buy. It is only about what that laptop would theoretically be. As such, any following debate would simply be for fun and doesn't have to be practical. ;)

So the question is:

All factors considered, if money was no object, what laptop (currently on the market) would be the best overall?

Some points to mention:

  • Lighter is generally considered better (unless you're a body builder who loves lifting laptops to exercise)
  • Screen size is largely subjective but I think you'd have a hard time arguing for something under 13" or so.
  • Quality of components can be a selling point (ex: panel in the screen, brand reputation) but can be harder to justify as being objectively better.
  • Speed matters in every component that it can be measured in
  • Looks are subjective but that's fair game too if you think it really looks that good
  • Value for your money means nothing in this thread. Assume the buyer would sell his/her own grandmother for this laptop.
  • DO NOT INCLUDE LAPTOPS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE TIME OF POSTING.

Have fun.

xps is a good balance, but im obviously biased as i just bought one. smallest 15.6" laptop, great battery and enough power to game. carbon and aluminum looks great, light for its size, mine has m.2 ssd 16gb ram and a 6700hq i7 so its plenty fast enough.

It would be hard to beat the MSI GT80 Titan as far as specs go, though the Sager is up there too...

I am not so sure that you do, since there keeps popping treads up about a razer blade.

I don't have a preference at all, I buy the things that are the best and I know a lot about tech and laptops(I fix laptops). I am keeping people away from shitty laptops that will overheat and throttle, if you are not okay with that, there is something wrong with you, because all I do is help people. To be honest you need to say it a lot and keep saying it and even then I will have stupid fanboys saying something else to me, when I have all the facts on my side.
