Macbook Air 8gb or MSI ge72 apache

I enjoy both gaming and media such as photoshop and premiere pro. Should I get a macbook air or the msi ge72 apache? I already have a gaming desktop that I run photoshop on but I want portability.

Thanks. And I can run photoshop on that. But how is thermal performance and battery on the MSI?

Two very different machines and very hard to compare.

The MSI Is arguably not very portable, wheras the macbook air is very portable. In the same way, the MSI is SIGNIFICANTLY more powerful than the Air.

For photoshop, the MSI will not be significantly faster. But for gaming, it definitely will be. I guess it comes down to what you really want. Do you really want something super portable and light? Then the Macbook Air is for you. Do you want something quite powerful, but also heavier and bigger? The MSI.

you are trying to compare apples with pears.... MSI will be more powerful, but is not portable, Air is light and portable, but not able to run games
