You're really not going to get anything for that price, I'd say $1000 minimum including monitor + keyboard. $700 for just a tower on the other hand is possible.

Correct. Unless you can get used/secondhand parts then I highly doubt you would be able to get it all.

What Ram do you have, be more specific. I assume you need an OS aswell?

I think you mean this case? The 600T.

Where are you shopping? I assume Canada.

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/1EOpM

Here is a list off what you want, with the few things that you included. This was the cheapest monitor for 1080p and MX Blue keyboard there is.

Check the price, you are allready at $430 and you still need alot, this is in my eyes pretty impossible. I would say, you need to really get down on the case, if you want a gaming system and spend $155 off the 700$ on JUST the case. You are spending your money wrong.

I suggest to not go for that case, then not get a mechanical keyboard and grab a simple/cheap membrame keyboard, while you save up for a mechanical keyboard. And then i'll see what we can do.

^this.

However i would make some changes:

1. spend a couple of extra dollars and get the 229h-p instead of the 228h-p. Then you get ips.

2. save 25 bucks and go with a wd caviar blue 1tb drive instead. It is still a great drive.

Just because you might be paranoid about something from let's say ebay or craigslist, doesn't mean a friend of yours isn't a viable option for spare parts. In my case, this friend upgraded to a better ram kit from Crucial that's double capacity. I contacted him if he had any spare memory laying around as I had to RMA my old RAM kit (those who RMA'd know how long the wait can be) and he said all I'd need to do is pay for shipping and bam.Nothing wrong with using a used PC part if it's well taken care of. You can get a massive discount if you find the right seller.

Should be good to game on for a decent amount off time with normal settings.

This is the best I can get. Few things;

I would highly suggest to spend a few extra $ to get a 1TB drive from Seagate or WD.

I don't know this PSU brand, never used them - as far as I can tell they are allright but, the Corsair CX600M is only 10$ more. wich I trust with my heart! (aswell modulair, so easier/cleaner cable management)

No keyboard in this budget, but you can safe money (birthday/christmas?) for the CM Storm Quick.

I picked you an IPS panel, I highly suggest them. If you don't trust it. I suggest you to go to any store that sells monitors and have a look at any IPS panel.

It's ok to be a little paranoid, though. Anything that is re-certified kinda makes me second guess if it's a good deal or not.
