This is an entry. For my gaming builds, my rule of thumb for budgeting my parts is approximately 25-30% Graphics card, 20-25% CPU, 5% RAM, 10-20% MOBO depending on build budget, 5-10% PSU and 10% Case.

Heres my entry, what i looks for in Ultimate Gaming Systems, or computers in general is Hard drives. I love Hard Drives / SSD's something about them makes me all tingly inside, Seriously.

For an ultimate gaming PC, I would look for a PC that isn't overbuilt to be honest. Ultimate, doesn't have to mean ridiculous. I honestly think spending 2 grand on a computer is plenty. For ultimate, you might spend an extra grand or so for the ultimate qualifier, but much more, and you're past the point that you're going to notice a difference.

Real requirements? I'd say a current gen Intel CPU, Either a 700 series Nvidia, or a 7970/7990 AMD GPU (Depending on preference, as well as multi-monitor requirements), and an SSD. Water cooling is probably in the requirements too...
