Upgrading to a 980 or 980ti

Hi everybody,

I am upgrading from my 780 to a 900 series card and was looking for some advice. I am considering the below cards but I'm not sure the 980ti is worth the extra for me. I currently game on a 2560x1440 with a 40 in 1920x1080 as my second monitor. Mostly RPGs with mods cranked up or the occasional shooter. Thanks in advance.

A 980ti would be a great upgrade.

The 980 Ti would allow you to upgrade to 4K in the future and also still run well in the years to come but the 980 will be fine for 1440p I would've thought

Get the TI, Ive a very similar set up as you in terms of monitors and recently got a TI and its so good

980 for 1440p in some case will make you wish u had spent a bit more to get the ti
