First Desktop Build in a decade

First desktop pc I've made/had after 10+ years of macbooks and consoles. Feels good!

Built this because I wanted a small, powerfull and quiet pc. 

 

First build I've seen with atx psu and full length graphics card.

 

Specs:

i7 4790k

Cryorig C1 with Fractal Venturi HF 140mm

Asus z97i-PLUS

16gb Corsair Ram

1TB total ssd storage

Corsair CS650m

EVGA 980 ti SC+

Ncase M1

 

 

Originaly went for Msi 980ti Gaming 6G and it fit without modifications to the card itself, but the fans went haywire and RMA'd it and changed to EVGA one since it was rated as the quieter one. 

 

Soundlevels are dead silent, and acceptable when gaming. 

 

Temps normal use:

Cpu - 40-50c

Gpu - 45-60c

 

During gaming:

Cpu - 60c

Gpu - 77c

 

All powercables are custom made by Mundi at Icemodz

He does great work and is really competative on price.

That is a friggin awesomely compact build! I would have done something like that if I didnt have to mount 5 fans worth of radiators

It's not the CS cheap 80 Plus Bronze one. This is a better 80 Plus Gold one. Good reviews and almost dead silent. 

 

Had to choose it because of the length and modularity.

If I had the money I would love to build something like this.

Also if it could if two graphic cards but I'll need a PCIe slot that is connected to another demension lol

That has to be the best mini-ITX case I have ever seen. I didn't know you could get such good GPU temperatures in a mini-ITX case with an axial fan GPU. You don't worry about the PSU intaking hot air directly off the CPU heatsink though?

I'm kind of regretting not going with the stock cooler, but what can you do. 

 

I've tried flipping the fan inside the psu and having the psu intake cool air and push warm air inside the system was far worse unfortunatley.
