ZZZZZ noise?

So my pc is making a zzzzz type of noise its really quiet but annoying if you dont have headphones on,it's not my fan because when i turn my fan off its still there so it could me my power supply any help?

Seems like it could be coil whine. 

 

It might help to change/remove parts to determine what's causing the noise.

hmmm i checked all reviews about his pc nobody said anything about a noise, im going to have to open the case and try and see where its coming from
