I'd definitely build a video editing workstation. My 2500k is still great for gaming but not exactly the fastest at rendering!

I'm in the process of saving money to build a pc. Right now I have an ancient one, if I remember correctly 6 year old pc which is not doing a good job at all! So this would be great for at least 6 more years to come
