PC won't shut down

After I click shut down it just stays there the whole time (the loop thingy when it's supposed to turn off).

Then when I clicked the actual, hardware power button, it gave me a blue screen. Here's the report:

Try to find the files in the right folder, right click on the folder or on the files and repair them. If it doesn't work, try to download the same files off the internet and substitute them.

Open a admin command prompt

and run "sfc /scannow" with out quotes

 

Also try using a windows repair disk to auto detect problems.

 

Do you know how long this has been happening? if it is only recent you may be able to use a restore point to go back and fix the issues.

I tried to restore, wouldn't restore successfully.

sounds like a registry issue.
Try and use CCleaner to fix up your registry (scan, remove, scan again, and repeat until the scan finds no more).
Refer to this ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bw5nvzDwcDo ) video for further windows 7 help.
(assuming you are using Windows 7, This should help alot.)
Also try starting in safe mode and shutting down. if it shuts down after that, a program is stopping you from shutting down. 
If it DOES shut down, refer to the tools in the youtube link above to remove said issue, and if it doesn't... well it sounds like registry or malware anyway so the youtube link will help there too.

Okay it shut down on safe mode. Im watching that video right now.

any aspect of your system overclocked?

CPU RAM GPU?

Nothing is OCd . Still cant find a solution.

Download the program called WhoCrashed

 

Install, Open, Hit Analyze and it will show you whats causing it. Scroll down on that list and it normally pinpoints exactly what is wrong. Let me know what it says and I can give a hand.

try restoring windows to a later recovery state, memory dumps maybe cause by recently installed app or usage of a 'unsafe' :mellow:  patch file , clear out & defrag the registry as well.

Because the event viewer does not tell you that much.

WC will tell you the driver and what the program/driver actually is from the dump file
