when I start my windows computer, it starts up really fast. But when I enter my user password, it’s STUCK there! I am very freaked out because it won’t boot up!

How long have you tried leaving it? Are you sure your password is correct? Does the system appear to freeze?

If it's official only thing I can thinking of that would start with the system is the game launcher. Unless there's other drivers set to run at system startup.

 

You said you can't get into Safe Mode. What happens when you try?
