Could either be a lack of power being supplied to the motherboard, or the motherboard itself being faulty. Its easier to replace the PSU than the motherboard so.

is there like a test that i could do ?? anything

except swapping parts ... cause i dont have any

Unfortunately no, there is no real way to test without having access to another PSU. Tricky situation because there is a chance that it's your motherboard too. There isn't really any way of knowing until you start swapping parts.

I will say, based on the conversation of this thread, it does sound like the PSU is the issue.

ask me about my homelab

on a personal quest convincing the general public to return to the glory that is 12" laptops.

cheap and easy cable management is my fetish.

Well yes, there are plenty of videos on YouTube showing you how to test to see if the power supply is actually pumping out the proper amount if juice. Even then though, it still doesn't account for those protection features.

😆Yeah, I just directed him to the dozens of videos of nerds testing the PSU. It still probably won't tell him much though so.

I'm sure Gigabyte will just tell you what you to hear...probably claim your motherboard was baptized by the holy spirit as a gift from God or some horseshit. Nevertheless, its probably not the motherboard anyway. But if you insist that it is, just replace it. Maybe you can try just replacing the 24 pin cable that powers your motherboard.

Really, none of these companies selling power supplies and processors are worth its salt when it comes to their support teams from what I heard.
