Windows Media Creation Tool Download with MacBook Pro to drive?

BigRecoiilz

I'm building a pc and the only other computer in my house is the brand new MacBook Pro. Can I use that laptop to download windows to the drive properly to download Windows 10 to my new pc?

I think it'll work but thats heresy.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

You'll need to make install media using the ISO file, the Windows Media Creation Tool is Windows only.

You can download ISO file from the same site giving MCT if you are on Win7 or newer. Any other OS and it gives only ISO. You can use Etcher.io for example to create bootable USB. But you can't install Windows just like that, as it needs to be installed into its own drive/partition and you would need to bootcamp on Mac to do that.

download a windows vm

pass the usb to it and write the usb media, using the windows method
