Low boosting speeds on Ryzen

Hi there, coming to you guys for help since you haven't let me down yet. I am currently running a R7 3800x on an Asus Prime x570 Pro motherboard. Its cooled with corsairs 280mm AIO with factory thermal paste. When I run R20 Cinebench to test my boost clock speeds it will only reach 4100mhz even and reach about 65-70 C. If I go into ryzen master and do the "auto overclock" it will bring me to 4200mhz but then thermal throttle at 95 C and stick around 4150mhz. What am I doing wrong here??

Auto overclock probably blasts the voltage up. dont use it.

Manually increase the multiplier within the BIOS and run a stress test. Increase the voltage a bit (and I mean, a bit)  if you do run into instability.

it's just dumb. you can try use negative voltage offset to compensate for its stupidity but imo not worth the effort
