Ryzen 5 3600 4.5Ghz?!?!

i bought a ryzen 5 3600 and started gaming, after a view days i decidet to overclock it and see how far it can go. I somehow managed to have it stable at 4.5Ghz and 1.275 volt.
Is that even possible?

stock is supposed to be around 3605 and about 4ghz all-core;

12.5% clock speed increase for a 7.8% performance boost

does that sound about right?
