Windows 10 is broken ?

broken.PNG.4fabf9fae77a94c5505dadd5953a1c69.PNGSo windows decided to die on me ? not sure what happened but i can't seem to used the top bit of my windows, only happens on one screen atm. Only seems to happen when i drag a window up to the top and expand it then a big white bar appears. Could it be cause it's the latest update of windows ? (windows 10 version 1909)

There are seven Windows computers in my house. None of the installs are quite the same.

 

Two of the computers have very close specs.  One has issues with every other update and one has no issues at all.

 

I install from CD. With other methods I get blue screens and random shutdowns.  It was so bad that I am afraid to try another method.

My new Windows 10 CDs are less stable than my old ones so I install with the old and use the keys of the new.

You're not. I'm not saying I've had no weirdness, I've had my first bluescreen since the Vista days and I had one weird thing with my work PC when it did an update however, that fixed itself on reboot. There are a few things that I'm not a fan of in Windows 10, but once I get an install set up how I prefer it, it's been fine on my 3 personal systems, and the terrible PC I have at work.
