Is my 750w psu 80plus enough

anthonybalao

I just finished my build , which my psu is a 750w 80plus gold.

Motherboard B450 gaming plus max

Ryzen 5 3600

212 evo cooler with 2fans

2x ddr4 3200mhz tforce delta

RX 5700 XT sapphire nitro+

M.2 500gb intel 660p

2 default 120mm fans that came with the case.

Ive yet to add approx

- (4) 120mm rgb fans.

- 1tb ssd,  and my old 4tb hdd.

With all these to consider.  did i fail to consider the correct psu watts.  Also not to mention OC some of the components .

Is 750w enough?

750w is plenty for the average build, which yours seems to be.

750W is plenty of power, way more than needed even. But what PSU is it exactly, like brand and model? Because there are many PSU's and some aren't of the highest quality.

Sounds like you're be fine maybe 450 watt being used after you add all the fans

That's all good ?

More than plenty wattage (100W CPU, 200W GPU, all the other stuff is like 100W combined) and that's also a good quality PSU.

You'll find that SSDs and case fans don't take up much power at all.
