I have tested 1.5v DDR3 memory in my 650 G1, it does boot, but every time you power it on you will get a POST error message that you have the wrong memory installed

The DDR3L stick you have is compatible with a system taking DDR3 memory, but your laptop is only compatible with DDR3L memory
