2060 is a bit faster than 1660ti, but it's not worth 300 more. what are the rest of the specs of the laptop? ram, ssd capacity, monitor refresh rate?

i5 one has 144 Hz 1080p ips display and other two are 120Hz. i5 has 1 tb SSD and rest have 256 gb SSD and 1 the SSD. All three have dual channel 16 gb of RAM.

Reviews say 1660ti one runs 90°C and 2060 at 85 to 97°C

the i5 one sounds like the best deal then, especially for that 1tb ssd. it's annoying that laptop manufacturers still put hdd's in them.
