DT 770 Pro 80 ohms

Hi, just ordered the dt 770 Pro 80 ohmz planning on heavy gaming with them in competitive titles like escape from tarkov. Will it be a decent experience? Also getting an amp in 3 months will it be OK plugged into my z370 a mobo in the meantime? Final question are they good for footsteps and such In games like csgo r6 and rust

I have the 32 ohm version lying around somewhere.... need to sell em eventually. Also have experience with some 300 and 600 ohm versions of the DT series.

@ShearMe oh right cool. So these should be great with gaming long hours and having the competitive edge per say I will also be using them for music and movies. About the amp will it be OK plugged into my mobo and can it cause any issues?

Shouldn't cause any issues off your computer. You might not even need the amplifier, but no way to know without trying them. 

 

Some people find the clamping pressure uncomfortable over extended use, but you can bend the headband a little bit to reduce this if it is an issue for you.

Should all be fine my first choice for gaming in my collection are the 990s and are olanty comfortable. And there get more comfortable over time with pad break in

I'll be getting the DT770 80ohm soon for portable devices. Main reason is because of wearing comfort and very good noise isolation and to take it anywhere with me. Yeah i know, maybe not really portable because of the cable and such but fck it lol
