So what would be best 1080p 60hz 24" monitor be worth for content viewing and casual gaming!

rx 570, gtx 1660 or 1660 ti. kinda depens on the graphics settings and the game in question.

An RX570 is generally what I'd recommend, but it really depends on the games you play, what CPU you have, and the type of GPU your system can accommodate.

I bought a GTX 1070 used. Cheaper than a 1660 ti, with the same performance.
