I wouldn't recommend it, either regarding the power supply or regarding gaming performance. Crossfire (and SLI) has issues, so even though the raw performance is great, your in-game experience often won't reflect that.

If you’re overclocking definite not. If you are not 750 might be just enough. But in the first place I would not recommend crossfire you would probably be better off getting a Rex Vega 5700 xt

If you want Radeon, just buy RX 5700 XT as it's RTX 2070 level. Multicard setups are always very picky and problematic. I always stick with single card setup and never ever had any major problems with Radeon or GeForce. It just works. Dual Vega 56 might give you great performance in some games and Vega 56 performance in others if things aren't optimal.

As things stand right now, I'd suggest waiting till July 7th when RX 5700 XT comes out. And NVIDIA with their "Super" cards.
