Apparently people list motherboards specifically under LGA771, if you don't have your motherboard already maybe one of these might be a better choice for better cpus.

It's also P45 chipset, which is better than G41 and cheaper. Just make sure if you buy a "pre-modded" cpu to remove the sticker on the bottom bridging contacts. You might want to try to find one that isn't modded if these are a proper LGA771 socket which they seem to be.
