Select DP as your source in the monitor, solved.

I want to disable the display on HDMI to receiver but keep the Audio. I have a Nvidia gpu  

i dont want my pc to show 2 monitors

Not possible far as I've tried. Got the same setup but if you disable the video output for HDMI it also disabled the HDMI audio interface. You'd need to get a separate sound card with HDMI output to get around this.
