"Last Visited" Bug?

On the login form, you can choose "Sign in anonymously". When you do that, that session doesn't update your Last Visited field.

Saw this bug/issue on my PC. It's running Windows 10 Enterprise and Google (Chrome Version 72.0.3626.121). Reloading the page does not fix the issue.

 

Here are two pictures that should show you the issue:

As you can see, XR6 reacted to a post that was made 13 minutes ago, but it says that he last visited 11 hours ago (and this isn't possible).

In this post, Volksdevil posted something on March 20, 2017, but it says he last visited September 26, 2016 (which is also not possible).
