Best High Refresh Rate Moniter

What is the best budget high-refresh rate monitor? My GPU is a 1050ti but later i would upgrade to a 1660ti. Also, I have a 7100 and will upgrade to a 8400.

I'm gonna go find my own tech support...

with BLACKJACK and HOOKERS!

AOC Makes some really good 1080p 144hz stuff

i7 6700k, GTX 1080, Crucial MX 300, Maximus VII Hero, WD Blue, 16 GB RAM
