Don't get three routers, get one router and two or three access points. 
 
I'd recommend picking up three Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC Pro access points, putting one on each floor and just turning the WiFi on the router off. Set the UniFi APs to work together for zero-handoff and you've got fast, seemless roaming. Connecting them all up to a 802.3af/at compatible switch may be desirable too as it removes the need for the somewhat bulky PoE injectors.

For a cinema room you better ask someone else opinion, I am no expert in this.
If I had such room I would go with 2 front speakers and then go 5 extra around the room.
For subwoofer I should go seek an expert which ones are good because i heard good subwoofer is key too a great cinemaroom.

wouldnt be buying any 4ktv or bluray player, receiver etc until they are certified HDCP 2.2 compatible as this is the copy protection.  

There is also the Asus G550JK which comes with the 850M, and is around $1100. What prices are you seeing for the laptops you listed in the OP?
 
Also, upon double checking, there should also be N550JK that comes with the updated 850M as well. The main difference between N and G is that the N550JK comes with a touch screen, I believe. (Also, the color)
 
Personally, I'd stay away from MSI's GE series because I've read they can run pretty hot. In gaming laptops, single-fan designs are a bit of a no-no in my book. It also might be worth noting that those Asus laptops should come with an IPS panel as opposed to TN in the MSI, if that's something you're interested in.
 
EDIT: Here are some reviews of the two laptops you're looking at. Notebookcheck didn't do one for the G550JK yet, unfortunately, possibly because I think that laptop is still on preorder. Also, the MSI GE60 they reviewed has a 860M and not a 850M model, so keep that in mind.

I personally dislike Mac users as well. I just turned 16 and i bought the laptop when i was 13 so i was uneducated in this field of computer hardware back then (2011).
To make up for it, i installed windows 7 on it and have not used OS X since that installation.
I will be building a 4K Gaming Rig in about 2 months time and i cannot wait

actually i chose VI hero because i have no idea and was the most popular build. lol
can anyone suggest me decent MOBO for its price (if they are not over 250) that will be good if not better than VI HERO
