I'm not sure what you've done to come to that screenshot but heres what I would do from the beginning.
 
First use the ribbon disabler which should bring back the old command bar and then use this tutorial to "remove" the command bar.

yes, i do upgraded the ram recently to 2x4GB. I do want upgrade to more ram but my motherboard limit is 8GB.

really depends on the games you're playing. however, a cheap CPU upgrade like a Xeon X3440 or X3450 can be had for a few bucks off eBay or AliExpress which could help. Or, something like an i7-860
 
edit: Had a quick look at the specs in your signature. I see that you are also using 2x2GB of memory, unless you had an upgrade recently and that has changed. I strongly recommend an upgrade to 2x4GB at least, and some DDR3-1600 if you don't have that, cause a memory speed increase will help performance too.

No. If you're looking at used gear, DDR4 has reached about the same price as DDR3 if not a bit cheaper, and the performance of a lot of that old gear (remember, the last CPUs to use DDR3 exclusively came out almost 9 years ago) is pretty terrible by modern standards. The pricing of a lot of newer, better platforms is just night and day on the used market(a guy near me is selling a R5 1600 and board for just $50 US, and 16GB of DDR4 can be had for $20 on eBay, so in total you'd be getting a much faster CPU for half the price of that i5 4670), and even the new market is pretty good as well, though fitting new CPU/motherboard/RAM into a $550 budget is quite a stretch. 
 
Realistically, I would scrap that entire build plan and just look to see what you have available on your used market. Odds are you can do a lot better than that system for about the same price.

i dont know about earbuds that linus use, but i know that there is bose sleepbuds. A guy on youtube called Dankpods has full review on that and i think that would be interest you.

OK yeah dual channel is better. Imagine it as filling a bucket with 2 hoses instead of one. Dual channel can get you up to 20% more performance in games and is most of the time cheaper than single channel so its a win win.
